Register Your Details
First step, register your details so we can help locate your perfect property.

Your Status
Firstly check your Credit for any adverse history, Migration Status, you will need to be in Full Time Employment.

Finding the right property
We will alert you via Emails, SMS and Web Portals of new properties that match your criteria.

Making an Offer / Offer accepted
Once you have located a suitable property and your offer has been accepted, you will be required to pay one weeks rent as a holding deposit and sign the application for Tenancy via Docusign to reserve the property.

ID
You will be required to provide us with 2 forms of ID to fulfil the requirements and proof of your Immigration Status.

Referencing
You will be required to provide detailed information in order to complete our comprehensive tenant reference; Residency, Credit, Bank, Employment and current Landlord details.

Reference Successful / Deposit
Subject to satisfactory references, a holding fee of one months rent will be required to hold the property. This sum, plus any additional amount stated at the time of application, will form the deposit on the property at the commencement of the Tenancy.

Insurance
Although It is not a mandatory requirement to hold adequate insurance we would strongly recommend that you hold sufficient cover in order to protect against accidental damage caused to the Landlords Fixtures and Fittings at the Premises. You may also consider insuring your own possessions.

Move in day
This is when all documentation and monies have been received and signed by all parties. We will complete the process by arranging the gas, electric, water and council tax to be transferred into your name once the tenancy has started
