Register Your Details
First step, register your details so we can help locate your perfect property.

Arrange your Mortgage
Arrange your finances to receive a Mortgage In principle Certificate to confirm you have the funds to purchase.

Finding the right property
We will alert you via Emails, SMS and Web Portals of new properties that match your criteria.
Step
4
Instruct a Solicitor
Instruct an efficient and experienced solicitor/conveyancer before you locate a property to avoid a potential delay.

Making and Offer/Offer accepted
Once you have located a suitable property and your offer has been accepted, ID will be required with evidence of Mortgage Agreed.

Conveyancing
Memorandum of Sale will be sent to all parties including your solicitor/conveyancer to start the legal process.

7
Survey and Mortgage Offer
Your preferred lender will arrange a survey of the property, issue a mortgage offer if agreed by the underwrites and sent to you/solicitor in reediness for exchange of contracts.

8
Exchange of contracts/Building Insurance/Removals
Busy day — a completion date will be set, building insurance would have to have been set up and removals booked.

Completion day
This is when all monies have been received by all parties, keys will be released once the owner of your property conveyancer has confirmed.

Keys/Welcome Hamper
Congratulations, you can now move into your new home, we look forward to giving you the keys and our Complimentary Welcome Hamper.
